    That is crazy talk , if you have the cash in hand, why would you buy a card and then draw out cash with it.

    Absolutely! it is a great way to keep your cash safe and have it ready for purchases. I do it all the time. I like the bank Freedom prepaid mastercard debit card because they have no activation fees or monthly fees. It is by far the best prepaid credit card out there today. Their web site is
